Mary Lou Condike, State Certified General Appraiser, joined the firm in 1998. Ms. Condike has recently been awarded the prestigious MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute in Chicago. She brought senior business management experience and technical computer skills that allowed the firm to handle a 65% increase in business in one year. Mary Lou purchased the company, formerly William H. Brady, Jr. and Associates, from its founder Bill Brady in 1998. The Brady firm has been serving Hood County and surrounding communities as the area's first appraisal firm since 1988.
Edward Archer, CEO and State Certified Residential Appraiser, joined us in 2008. Ed spent three years as a Commercial Appraiser with the Erath County Appraisal District, and then three more years appraising residential properties in the private sector. After five years in the US Navy as a Radiological Controls Supervisor on nuclear submarines, Ed earned a B.A. degree in Business from the University of North Texas. Ed has a strong background in appraising rural properties, and an intimate knowledge of the Stephenville and Erath County areas.
Jay Press joined us in 2009. Jay is a State Certified Residential Appraiser with more than 20 years of experience in appraising residential properties.
Justin Ebeling originates from the insurance industry, where he performed damage appraisals and adjusted claims during the aftermaths of Hurricanes Rita and Katrina. Mr. Ebeling also has extensive experience as an electrician, so he knows residential housing inside and out. Justin has obtained his Appraiser Trainee license, and currently assists us both in the office and in the field.
